Custom Design Fee

A $25 non-refundable design fee is required for all custom design requests. This fee covers the initial design process and will be credited toward your final order total when you proceed with your purchase.

Design work will begin only after the design fee has been paid. Please note that the design fee is non-refundable, even if you decide not to proceed with your order.

Custom & Group Order Process

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Complete the Custom & Group Order Form with your design preferences, product details, sizes, colors, quantities, and any applicable artwork or inspiration images.

Step 2: Receive Your Design Fee Invoice

Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive an invoice for the $25 design fee.

Step 3: Pay Your Design Fee

Your $25 design fee must be paid before design work begins. This fee will be credited toward your final order total if you proceed with your purchase.

Step 4: Review Your Design & Final Quote

Within approximately 48 hours after your design fee is paid, you’ll receive your custom design and final order quote for review.

One minimal revision is included, provided it does not change the overall design concept. Significant changes or requests for a new design may require an additional fee.

Please review your design carefully and submit any revision requests, final approval, and required payment within 48 hours of receiving your design and invoice.

Step 5: Design Approval & Production

Once your design has been approved and your final order balance has been paid in full, your order will move into production. Production will not begin until final design approval and full payment have been received.

Step 6: Order Completion & Shipping

Once your order is complete and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information, when applicable. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on your order.
