At SNJ Kreationz, each item is crafted with care and attention to detail. To maintain the integrity of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases.

🚫 No Returns or Refunds Accepted
Due to the nature of our products—especially custom-made and digital items—we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Custom & Personalized Items
All custom and personalized orders are made to your specifications. Please double-check all details (such as name spelling, colors, sizing, or design preferences) before placing your order.

If you believe there was an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong design or item), please reach out to us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We’re happy to assess the issue and determine a fair resolution.

Digital Downloads
All digital product sales are non-refundable. Once your file has been downloaded, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds. If you experience technical issues accessing your download, or if you believe there is a problem with the file, please contact us and we’ll be glad to assist.

How to Report an Issue
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving it. Be sure to include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A detailed description of the issue
  3. Clear photos (for physical products)
