We accept all major credit cards for purchases made through our website.
How long is shipping and processing time?
Processing time is 1–7 business days and begins after artwork approval. This does not include shipping time. Once your order is completed, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and method selected.
If faster delivery is needed, please select an expedited shipping option at checkout (additional fees apply).
What does Made to Order (MTO) mean?
Made-to-order items use an existing template. You may:
- choose your colors or customization details in the message box, or
- order the design exactly as shown in the listing.
Production begins once details are confirmed.
What does Ready to Ship (RTS) mean?
Ready to Ship items are in stock and ship faster than custom orders.
RTS and MTO items ship together when purchased in the same order. If you’d like your RTS items shipped sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
How do I order a custom item?
Please complete the Custom Item Form located on our website.
What type of shirt or fabric is used?
Garment and fabric details are provided in each listing. We primarily use high-quality brands such as Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Lane Seven, and Gildan to ensure comfort and durability.
Do you accept rush orders?
We recommend placing orders 2–3 weeks before your event or needed-by date to allow for processing and production time. Rush orders are not currently being accepted.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.
