How It Works:

• Deposit: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to start your order. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost.
• Initiating the Design: Once the deposit is sent, you will receive an email to begin the design process. We will request details such as your design ideas, images, sayings, and any specific preferences you have. Please ensure your email address is correct when checking out.
• Design Confirmation: After the design has been finalized, you will receive a mock-up within 3–4 days to review and approve.
• Final Invoice: Once the mock-up has been approved, we will send a final invoice. The invoice must be paid within 48 hours of the sent date.
• Production: After payment is received, production will begin, and we will provide an estimated delivery date.
• Final Cost: The total cost of your custom design will depend on the complexity, size of the design and garment.
